A decadent combination of favorites to please any palate. Graham crackers, ice cream and bananas, with chocolate and caramel sauce drizzled over all. The ultimate dessert.


1⁄2 cup graham crackers, crumbled, plus additional quartered graham crackers for garnish
3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
1⁄2 cup sliced bananas
1⁄4 cup each caramel and hot fudge sauces, warmed
Whipped cream, wet walnuts, and maraschino cherry, for garnish


1. In a tall, pedestal ice cream glass, layer crumbled graham crackers, ice cream, sliced bananas, and caramel and hot fudge sauces.

2. Garnish with quartered graham crackers, whipped cream, wet walnuts, and a cherry. Serve immediately.
