The Roasted

This simple, on-the-go recipe is perfect for a grab-and-go lunch or snack item.
Ingredients
1 oz. arugula
1 oz. fat-free balsamic vinaigrette
2 oz. roasted portabella
2 oz. roasted red bell pepper
½ oz. grilled red onion
1 oz. Organic Valley Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
1 whole-wheat wrap
Steps
- Place arugula in metal bowl and add 1 ounce dressing, toss until well coated.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Place cheese on bottom of whole-wheat wrap.
- Place ingredients on top of cheese and roll.
- Cut in half and serve.
