This sweet and savory flatbread features two different types of cheese, a balsamic glaze and prosciutto.
2 oz. ham prosciutto
2 oz. fresh brown figs
1 oz. fontina cheese
1 oz. montrachet goat cheese
1 tbsp. fresh basil
1 tsp. balsamic glaze
1 4.4-oz. naan tandoori bread
- Slice prosciutto very thin.
- Slice figs and grate fontina cheese.
- Assemble naan by brushing with olive oil, adding prosciutto, figs and cheeses.
- Cook in Turbo Chef oven on flatbread setting. Garnish with fresh chiffonade basil and drizzle balsamic glaze.
