Potatoes, Tomatoes and Eggs
Golden Grill® Hashbrown Potatoes, roasted tomato sauce and a whole egg, pan-baked until egg is just set.
1 c Golden Grill® Hashbrown Potatoes, refreshed
1 each Egg
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
¼ tsp Salt, kosher
2 oz Roasted tomato sauce
¼ tsp Freshly ground pepper
- Refresh Golden Grill® Hashbrown Potatoes according to package instructions.
- Heat sauté pan over medium heat, add oil. Add hashbrowns and cook until hashbrowns begin to brown, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in sauce and crack egg in center of pan, season with salt and pepper. Cover pan and cook until egg is just set, about 4 minutes.
- Carefully slide mixture into casserole dish. Serve at once.
