Create a flavorful vegetarian stir-fry by adding pineapple, different textured cabbages and plenty of other vegetables.
Ingredients
1 1/4 lb. napa cabbage
1 1/4 lb. bok choy cabbage
10 oz. julienne green peppers
10 oz. julienne red peppers
1 1/4 lb. julienne onions
1 1/4 lb. sliced celery
1 1/4 lb. julienne carrots
1/4 #10 canned pineapple
1/4 #10 canned, sliced bamboo shoots
1 oz. chili garlic sauce
3 lb. udon noodles
1 1/4 cup sesame oil
1 1/4 cup stir fry sauce
Steps
- Combine all vegetables in large mixing bowl.
- Heat oil and stir fry vegetables.
- Add noodles, sauce and heat through.
- Place on center of serving plate.
