Moist and Fudgy Apple Sauce Brownies

32 oz. dry brownie mix
3 cups (about 24 oz.) MUSSELMAN'S® Apple Sauce
1 large egg with 1 large egg yolk
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
- In large bowl combine brownie mix, Musselman’s® Apple Sauce, eggs and pecans; mix just to combine (batter will be lumpy).
- Spread batter evenly in a greased shallow, full-size steam table pan. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until mixture is firm to touch but still slightly sticky.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature before cutting into 24 brownie bars.
