Mango Peach Smoothie

The combination of mangoes, peaches, yogurt and agave make this smoothie a sweet summertime treat.


12 oz. low-fat plain yogurt
1⁄2 cup frozen cut mangoes
1⁄2 cup frozen cut peaches
2 tbsp. agave nectar (optional)


1. Combine all ingredients in blender and mix for about 30 seconds or until smooth and airy.

2. Pour into cup and serve cold.

Editor’s note: Plain yogurt can be substituted with vanilla-flavored yogurt for a sweeter smoothie. To fortify smoothies, add wheat germ and protein powder. Sweeten with stevia or honey, rather than agave.
