4 oz CHEF-MATE® ¡QUE BUENO!® White Queso Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil
8 oz T-bone, 1” thuck Beef, lean
2 oz Julienne Onions
2 oz Julienne Green bell pepper
1 tbsp Toasted Breadcrumbs, fresh


  1. In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers and sauté until tender. Add White Queso Sauce, stirring until heated throughout.
  2. Grill steak to desired doneness. Remove from grill.
  3. Top steak with cheese mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
