Grilled Hangar Steak with Olive Relish
Grilled hangar steak is brushed with anchovy butter for distinctive flavor. An olive relish tops the steak and adds zest.
1 1⁄2 cups mixed olives, coarsely chopped
1⁄4 cup capers, chopped
1⁄2 cup fresh basil, shredded
2 tbsp. orange zest, grated
2 shallots, finely chopped
1⁄2 cup red wine vinaigrette
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
8 hangar steaks, 8 oz. each
1⁄2 cup anchovy butter
1. Combine relish ingredients with red wine vinaigrette and mix well.
2. Rub grill with oil and cook steaks until medium rare. Brush 1 tbsp. anchovy butter over each steak, top with olive relish and serve.
