The aroma of the ginger and vanilla are a delightful combination that make a tasty and memorable latte.
3⁄4 oz. (11⁄2 Tbsp.) ginger spice syrup
1⁄4 oz. (1⁄2 Tbsp.) vanilla syrup
8 oz. milk
1-2 shots espresso
Steam together ginger and vanilla syrups and milk. Pour into a 16-oz. glass and pour espresso over.
