Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped celery
Pinch of paprika
Steps
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash with fork in small bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, sugar, vinegar, onion and celery and mix well.
- Stuff mixture into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
- Refrigerate until cold before serving.
