Curried Tilapia in Vegetable Pouch
Prepare a tasty and healthy seafood recipe in under 30 minutes. With the fresh tilapia and premade vegetable medley, this dish is simple to prepare for a daily special or dinner option.
2 tilapia fillets
8 oz. frozen vegetable medley
2 tbsp. salted butter
2 tsp. ground curry
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut two foil squares large enough to encase fish. Place 4 ounces of vegetables on each foil square. Top each with 1 fillet.
- Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each fillet, then sprinkle each fillet with 1 teaspoon curry. (May use more or less to suit your taste.)
- Wrap foil to seal fish inside. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- To serve, place pouch on plate and open, taking care because steam will escape.
