Famous on the University of Kansas campus, this wrap features fried chicken tenders, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and ranch dressing, wrapped up in a jalapeño-cheddar tortilla.
1 12-in. jalapeño-cheddar tortilla
2 oz. shredded iceberg lettuce
3 each tomato slice halves
1 oz. shredded monterray jack/cheddar 50/50 blend
4 oz. chicken tender, breaded, deep fried, diced in 1-in. cubes
1 oz. fat-free ranch dressing
1. Layout wrap on clean work surface. Mound lettuce across middle of wrap, leaving 2 inches on each side.
2. Top with tomato slices, cheese and chicken. Drizzle ranch over ingredients.
3. Tuck 1/5 wrap on both sides. Firmly gather wrap at 6 o'clock position and fold toward center and continue to roll, increaseing pressure to ensure a tight roll.
