Colorado Pear and Chicken Flatbread

This flatbread features a balance of sweet and savory, plus it makes for a healthy menu option.

Ingredients

1/4 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. herbs de provence, dried
1 naan flatbread
2 fresh Colorado pears, peeled, seeded, diced
5 grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup grilled chicken, cooled, diced
1/4 cup Italian blend cheese
1/4 cup smoked blue cheese

Steps

  1. Preheat outdoor grill to 350°F.
  2. Mix garlic, oil and herbs de provence together. Spread mixture on flatbread.
  3. Top with pears, tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Cook on grill until cheese is melted and flatbread is toasted.
