Ingredients

300g PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Pronto Crème Brûlée
500g milk
500g cream
50g PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Cinnamon Compound

Steps

  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Pour into ramekins and allow to set.
  3. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the crème brûlée and caramelize with a torch; serve immediately.
