Chocolate Rice Horchata

This ethnic beverage is simple to make and can be served alcoholic or nonalcoholic.
Ingredients
1 lb. white rice
1 gal. water
1 tbsp. salt
8 oz. Mexican chocolate
6 oz. sweet condensed milk
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Steps
- Soak rice in water for two days in refrigerator.
- Blend rice mix and strain.
- Melt Mexican chocolate and blend with remaining ingredients and rice milk.
- Serve chilled or with rum.
