5 oz CHEF-MATE® ¡QUE BUENO!® Jalapeño Cheese Sauce
10 ea Empanada Discs, thawed
0.5 oz Beef, ground, cooked
2 oz Pickles Relish, dill
1 oz Yellow mustard, prepared


  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, pickle relish and White Queso Sauce. Mix well to combine.
  2. Using the empanada discs, place about 1 to 1 1/4 oz. of ground beef mixture into the center of the disc. Drizzle with small amount of mustard.
  3. Using water and your fingers, rub around the edge of the dough to moisten and fold together to seal. Trim excess dough to create a half-moon shape. Use a fork to crimp edges of dough together. Reserve chilled.
  4. To Serve: Remove from cooler. If needed, brush each empanada with egg wash. Place on to a parchment lined sheet pan. Place into a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
