5 oz CHEF-MATE® ¡QUE BUENO!® Jalapeño Cheese Sauce
10 ea Empanada Discs, thawed
0.5 oz Beef, ground, cooked
2 oz Pickles Relish, dill
1 oz Yellow mustard, prepared
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, pickle relish and White Queso Sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Using the empanada discs, place about 1 to 1 1/4 oz. of ground beef mixture into the center of the disc. Drizzle with small amount of mustard.
- Using water and your fingers, rub around the edge of the dough to moisten and fold together to seal. Trim excess dough to create a half-moon shape. Use a fork to crimp edges of dough together. Reserve chilled.
- To Serve: Remove from cooler. If needed, brush each empanada with egg wash. Place on to a parchment lined sheet pan. Place into a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
