Bacon and Egg Flatbread

Featuring fresh bacon and eggs, this flatbread is a great way to spice up your breakfast menu.
Ingredients
1 naan bread or flatbread of choice
3 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 egg, cracked directly onto flatbread
Steps
- Add cheese, bacon and egg to flatbread and bake in 500°F oven for six to eight minutes.
- After baking, lightly brush with glaze (olive oil and garlic powder) around edges. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
