In the central office of University of Michigan’s dining team in Ann Arbor, Mich., an eclectic collection of management and culinary titles collide to form Michigan Dining’s training library. After Director Steve Mangan hosted book studies with his management team, he decided to gather the literature in one place. He then went around the office asking people to donate their favorite career development books. Soon enough, he had archived a considerable collection that’s open to any member of the dining team.
