Food trucks have been temporarily serving Honolulu Community College’s campus as school officials struggled to find a new provider.
Anderson High School plans to open the Nacho Average Food Truck this month, where students will have access to dishes such as tacos, chili-lime melon and zesty black beans.
For the next two weeks, Dubuque Community School District will serve locally sourced watermelon, bell peppers, carrots, apples and cabbage.
