Colby College’s student-run Colby Café will open its doors in January, reports the college’s student newspaper, The Colby Echo.
The Colby Coffee Club created the cafe, which will feature a different locally sourced coffee monthly and operate six hours per day, Thursday through Sunday nights. It will also host different events featuring musicians, comedians and open-mic nights.
