April 17—The School Nutrition Association has named Patricia Montague as its new chief executive officer, effective immediately. Montague, who has been with the association for 20 years, has been the acting CEO for the previous five months after the departure of former CEO Frank DiPasquale resigned.
“SNA’s board of directors is thrilled to welcome Patti Montague to her new role as SNA’s Chief Executive Officer,” said School Nutrition Association President Sandra Ford, in a press release. “Patti has demonstrated that her experience, her skills and her commitment to SNA throughout her tenure have made her uniquely qualified to lead SNA. The board looks forward to continuing to work with Patti to guide the Association through the changes and challenges that confront the school nutrition industry.”
