Senior living communities enhance dining to attract baby boomers

Redstone Highlands Senior Living Communities are introducing an expanded menu, interactive cooking stations and flexible dining hours in an effort to attract baby boomers, Trib Live reports.

The new features will roll out at four of Redstone’s communities in Westmoreland County, Pa.

New menu items such as lobster and prime rib will be added to the menu, and some of the cooking will take place in the dining room, allowing residents to watch their food being prepared. Redstone also recently acquired a liquor license and will begin to serve drinks at dinner.
