Resident assistants voice allergy and diet concerns

Fort Lewis College students and Sodexo executives recently gathered for their first focus group, in which resident assistants voiced specific concerns regarding the food their job requires them to eat, according to The Indy Online.

The focus group, held Oct. 14, addressed several aspects of the campus dining experience, from pricing to meals and new food additions students would like to see.

Many of the RAs wanted their food allergies and dietary restrictions to be accommodated, reports The Indy.

“Meals should entail a gluten free version of the regular option,” senior RA Lauren Watson said.
