Jan. 17—The Real Food Challenge has recognized students at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, for the permaculture garden they built outside the Franklin Dining Commons. this spring the garden produced 1,000 pounds of vegetables for dining services. Real Food Challenge named the students the National Student Group of the Year.
