Price increase on deck for U. of Oklahoma

Adminstrators planning for 3.5% increase in food costs.

April 24—Adminstrators at the University of Oklahoma are looking at a possible 5% to 7% increase in room and board rates for the next academic year.

That increase would mean students could be paying up to $282.17 more each semester. Also on the table is the elimination of Housing and Food Services’ Cate ala Carte room service. The potential rate increases will address a 3.5% increase in food costs and an increase in labor costs.
