NJ district threatens to report parents to child services over unpaid meal debt

After accumulating $100,000 in student lunch debt last year, Englewood Public School District is now threatening to report parents to child protective services if they don't respond to requests for payment.

EPSD’s superintendent, Robert Kravitz, told the website the threat will be used as a last resort to hold parents accountable.
