Minneapolis Public Schools amp up cafeteria menus

With the help of True Food Chef Council Members, Marcy Open School received a new salad bar in its cafeteria.

MINNEAPOLIS—Minneapolis Public Schools recently asked Steven Brown of Tilia to join their True Food Chef Council.

With the help of fundraisers, Brown and other True Food Chef Council Members, Marcy Open School received a new salad bar to spruce up its cafeteria menu. For school lunch to get better, parents will have to adapt to the new cafeteria menu options and start signing their children up for the salad bar.

Marcy Open School doesn't have a sink and having a salad bar adding to its cafeteria menu has been a huge change for the school.
