University of Richmond, Va.; and Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kan., were recognized in the residence hall dining single stand-alone concept category. In the residence hall dining multiple concepts/outlets category Lynchburg College, Va.; University of San Diego, Calif.; and University of Rhode Island, Kingston, were top winners.
