Art Korandanis, director of auxiliary services at The College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, Mass., received the Theodore W. Minah Award from the National Association of College and University Food Services. Korandanis, who has been a member of NACUFS since 1981, was recognized for his support of NACUFS during his 31 years in college foodservice, including his work at regional and national conferences, benchmarking and mentoring of foodservice staff, several of whom have gone on to become foodservice directors themselves. Korandanis is the chair of the 2012 NACUFS conference in Boston.
