Indiana University opens new library eatery

Indiana University has debuted a new dining option in the basement of Wells Library, the Bookmark[et] Eatery.

The eatery, a renovation of the campus’ former Cyber Café, features five restaurants, seats 150 people and allows students to use their I-Bucks meal plans with a 25 percent discount, reports idsnews.com.

Officials say the eatery features both local and international food—including soups and entrees from a different country daily—as well as dairy-free and vegan options.

“We’re hoping that with a greater variety of food options, we can draw in not just students, but also faculty, staff and visitors,” Bookmark[et] Eatery manager Sonya Harding told the website. “And we’re trying to match the prices here with what you would pay at any other location of these restaurants.”
