April 10—Housing and Dining Services at the University of Illinois, in Champaign, has named Dawn Aubrey its new associate director. Aubrey joined the department in 2006 as senior assistant director for Dining Services. She had been serving as interim associate director since May 2011.
In her new role Aubrey is responsible for 11 locations including six residential dining halls and retail locations. Prior to coming to Illinois, Aubrey worked at the University of Maine, the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Maryland Medical System. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the College of Notre Dame, in Baltimore, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business.
