Oct. 1—The Society for FoodService Management kicked off its 30th annual conference Tuesday, Sept. 30, in San Francisco.
FSD joined hundreds of foodservice professionals for the conference, which kicked off with an authentic Chinese dragon dance, which brought the essence of San Francisco's Chinatown to the opening session.
