Aug. 25—The National Society for Healthcare Foodservice Management kicked off its 21st-and last-national conference Monday, Aug. 24, in Indian Wells, Calif.
More than 400 operator and associate members are in attendance at the event, which has as its theme "Step Up To The Plate. Early arrivals had the opportunity to attend one of two pre-conference events, the Aladdin Advanced Practice Symposium or the HFM Express Benchmarking Session.
