June 11—FoodService Director magazine is launching a new e-newsletter specifically created for healthcare foodservice operators. The newsletter–Healthcare Spotlight–will be delivered once a month, beginning this Thursday. Healthcare Spotlight brings operators content custom-tailored to the healthcare segment. Each month, FSD editors will tackle the most pressing issues and trends, such as the sugar sweetened beverage backlash, satisfying new nutritional concerns, and the latest fresh and healthy food options.
