Elementary school gets creative with produce promotion

Rio Hondo Intermediate Elementary School is encouraging students to try new produce with creative tactics, reports Valley Morning Star.

"I think it's a cool thing for the kids and its something fun," Adriana Lippa, principal at RH Intermediate, told the website. "It's educating them on making the appropriate choice when eating."
