the Rachel Carson Homestead in Springdale, Pa. Parkhurst Dining
Services and Cura Hospitality are both members of the Eat’n Park
Hospitality Group
The event was held to commemorate writer Rachel Carson’s birthday, which was May 27. Carson’s was also an ecologist who advocated environmental responsibility.
