Dietzler wins Gold Plate Award

May 25—Tim Dietzler, director of dining services at 10,000-student Villanova University in Pa., was named Gold Plate Award winner from the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA).

The award was announced at a reception during the National Restaurant Show in Chicago.

Dietzler was chosen from nine Silver Plate winners, all of whom were recognized for their career achievements at the reception. The awards are determined by a jury of trade publication editors as well as the chairman of the International Gold & Silver Plate Society.
