Delaware senior living community hires new executive chef

Rich Vaughn brings 25 years' experience to Cadbury at Lewes

July 11 — Cadbury at Lewes, a continuing care retirement community in Delaware, has hired Rich Vaughn as its executive chef. Vaughn received his culinary arts degree from Widener University and is a member of the American Culinary Federation.

Vaughn's experience includes more than 25 years in the food service industry with 16 years in management. He has worked in business dining, restaurants, catering and most recently in healthcare with Morrison Senior Living at Methodist Manor House in Seaford.
