Dec. 13—The Hernando County (Fla.) School Nutrition Association is selling cookbooks, part of a national effort by food service personnel to promote nutritionally sound meals that are appealing to children.
The local organization also provides scholarships each year to high school seniors to continue their education in culinary arts or in food and nutrition fields.
