June 19—Compass Group has made an agreement with Ft. Lauderdale-based
Pizza Fusion to begin offering the brand as part of Compass's portfolio
at university and school accounts.
Pizza Fusion is known for its organic, eco-friendly approach to pizza. The chain's products use no artificial preservatives, growth hormones, pesticides, nitrates and trans fats. The agreement marks Pizza Fusion's first expansion into non-commercial foodservice
