Brad Barnes, CMC, has been named senior director of continuing education at The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, N.Y. Barnes was senior director of culinary education at the CIA, where he helped restructure the associate degree programs. Barnes also is one of the creators of FoodService Director's Goldies Awards, which honor the gold standard in volume foodservice.
