We filmed a TV series called Food News You Can Use. Our executive chef hosted 12 episodes that focused on helping students get the most out of their dining experiences. The episodes air on the campus TV station. This was a great chance to educate students about Bon Appétit’s principles on sustainability, low-carbon diet, Circle of Responsibility and reducing food waste.
