We host visiting chefs twice a year, one from the tri-state area, which we call the Garden State series, and one from Chicago. We usually find new chefs from referrals from previous visiting chefs. Each visiting chef cooks a special meal for each dining hall. It is a great monotony breaker and it also provides additional in-house training on culinary techniques and recipes for our team.
