Our residents have apartments. They eat one free meal a day and cook or eat out the other meals. Residents asked me about food and nutrients, such as what foods have vitamin A. I started a monthly meeting called What Are You Eating, where we discuss these things. I teach them how to put together a well-balanced meal when they are not eating in our dining room.
