Taste Sensations

Our residents were asking questions about ingredients we used so we started a Taste Sensations event. The chef selects a topic—oil, cheese, tomatoes—and tells the residents differences within the category and how to cook using those items. Our dietitian talks about the healthy components of the items. Residents are also given recipes for personal use.
