We have changed our very heavy carb-starch grill area into a healthy deli sub shop. We use deli meats with no hormones or artificial flavors, low-fat cheese, whole-wheat hoagies and fresh veggies. It has been a huge hit with the students, parents, faculty and staff. We offer vegetarian options as well with in-house made hummus and roasted veggies.
