I was hearing complaints about the schedule. I believe that unhappy employees translate to poor production and decreased customer satisfaction. So I put together a program where the employees make their own schedule, with some guidelines. They definitely did not schedule themselves how I would have, but they all agreed on it, and it followed the guidelines.
