A Vegan Corner exists in every residential dining facility to satisfy this portion of our student customer base. The Vegan Corner choices adjust by semester, according to student requests. We also have two specialty vegan restaurants: Field of Greens, open daily for lunch, and Leafy!, open for dinner every Wednesday. Finally, we have Soytainly, a vegan station in Ikenberry Dining Center that is open daily. We’ve received many positive comments from students declaring their love of our vegan options.
