We charge 40 cents for a compostable carryout tray. Even though the tray composts, it still goes in the landfill. Now, we are selling a reusable carryout container for $5. After someone uses the container, he/she returns it and receives a ticket. That ticket can be turned in to get a clean container next time. This will save money and is better for our environment.
